Questions on Printed Sketch of a Cockatiel

1. Why is texture so important to have in your sketches?
It brings out the detal of an image and/or makes your drawing look like it would come to life. It reminds me of my previous drawing of Lindsey. Bring the detal out and you will be impressed on the result.

2. Why is it neccessary for you to have several references of each animal and each background? Explain.
You need to see different poses or looks on aniamls and you have to pick one of them. You also have to pick the best background for the image of the animal that you choose. If you think you can work with the two images, you can make a master piece.

3. When you look at your sketches are you able to see which sketch is the strongest and will make the best print? How do you know this?
Out of the three sketches that you draw you have to pick the best one, and sometimes it is not easy. You pick your best one by a few things: detal, effort, and grabs your attention. If you any of your drawing do at least two or all of three, you got yourself a great drawing.
